Bitter sweet

Hey everyone! Sorry about not updating last week, things have been very busy here as we are wrapping up the end of our lecture phase.
God has done some amazing things though. We have had people get healed and people gain crazy freedom. It's so awesome to see how far we have all come and the close knit family we have become. We hosted a talent show in town last weekend which drew in a good crowd. It was a lot of fun and we were able to really connect with the community and get the YWAM name out and what we are all about.
This week we are doing outreach prep week. I'm not exactly sure what it is going to look like, so I'm nervous about it, but I know it will be good. As far as being excited about outreach it's a bitter sweet thing. I have become so close to everyone here and really see them as my family that the thought of having to leave some of them really stinks. On the flip side I know that it has to happen. I have to take this gift and freedom God has given me and share it with others. If I don't I'm being really selfish. I know it's going to be hard, but I also know God is in complete control and that I need to trust Him completely with this experience. I can't wait to update you all on all the wonderful things He is going to be doing!
Also, I really want to take time and say, from the bottom of my heart, thank you so much for believing in me and obeying God in supporting me through this time. You are making a difference in this world. You are just as much a part of the amazing things God is doing here and will be doing in Venezuela as me. We are on this journey with God together and I am so thankful I get to share it with you. So thank you, thank you, thank you for your continuing support, prayer, and encouragement towards me and the great things God is doing!! I hope our journey doesn't stop after my DTS. I would very much like to keep walking in missions with all of you and enjoy this opportunity to serve God together. I am very excited to see where He takes us in the future and I hope you are too! I love each and every one of you and I know I would not be here if it weren't for your faith, trust, and obedience in our Dad. So, I hope you all have an amazing week and Thanksgiving. Please keep us here in your prayers as we will be traveling on Thursday to go to Panama/Nicaragua and Venezuela. Pray that each of us will have peace and trust in our Dad to take care of us during this time! Likewise, if you have any prayers please do not hesitate to shoot me an email.
